Richmond AID provides organisations with expert advice and support to address disability issues effectively, through our bespoke Disability Awareness Training.
We offer competitive training programmes individually tailored to enhance and meet business needs. These can range from a full or half-day session or even bitesize workshops on individual topics for departmental teams.
All training programmes use the Social Model of Disability enable participants to identify potential barriers that disabled people face along with practical skills and knowledge to initiate practical solutions.
