Richmond Advice and Information on Disability (Richmond AID) is an organisation of and for disabled people, working to improve access, choice, quality of life and independence for disabled people.

On 31st October 2016 the Government published the Improving Lives: Work and Health Green Paper and announced a new package of personalised support for people with a health condition or disability who want to move into employment. The Journey to Employment (J2E) project is funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), initially for one year. Richmond AID will be delivering across the Harlesden and Brixton areas. The voluntary Journey to Employment (J2E) peer support Job Clubs are delivered away from the Jobcentre and offer disabled people and people with a health condition support to reduce and overcome barriers to employment, provide techniques to manage health conditions and change attitudes towards employment.

We are looking for a full-time enthusiastic, hardworking and highly motivated Community Employment Specialist (CES) to join our team.
