Sports Inclusion Officer
Salary: £22,065 incl OLW pro rata
Annual Leave: 25 days leave plus bank holidays pro rata
Closing Date: 10am on Tuesday 26th Sept 2017
This post is for 21 hours per week and will be on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2018.
Join our fun and vibrant Inclusion team. The Sports Inclusion Officer will support disabled people aged 14 years and older in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to try sports and support disabled people to access sporting activity.
You will have a passion for working with people, an interest in sports and a background in supporting people to access activities. You will have an understanding of the barriers that disabled people face when accessing sporting and activities and a knowledge of how to support them to overcome the barriers they face.
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
