Richmond AID are currently recruiting for a new role of Independent Supporter.
Join our busy Independent Support team led by our Indepenent Support Co-ordinator. You will enjoy empowering people and supporting them to know their rights and entitlements. You will work directly with parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs and young disabled adults aged 16-25 who being assessed for an Education Health Care Plan as part of the Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Reforms. You will have a varied role working accross Richmond, Kingston and Hounslow boroughs. |
You will have excellent communication and IT skills, administrative skills and be fully competent on Microsoft applications. You will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Independent Supporter
Salary range: £22,822 – £24,198 incl OLW
Annual Leave: 25 days leave plus bank holidays pro rata
Hours/contract length: This post is 21 hours per week. Term time hours will be considered. The contract on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2017 and is likely to be extended beyond this.
