Richmond AID are currently recruiting for a new role of Hounslow Community Outreach Officer.
The Hounslow Community Outreach Officer will work as a part of a team member in Hounslow Community Partnership alongside other voluntary sector partners to provide specialist support advice and information to carers and people with long term conditions in the Hounslow borough.
The base for this post will in the Hounslow CAN Mezzanine in the Treaty Centre in Hounslow with the Hounslow Community Partnership team.

Hounslow Community Outreach Officer
Salary: £22,155 incl OLW pro rata
Annual Leave: 25 days leave plus bank holidays pro rata
Closing Date: 5pm on Friday 3rd July 2015
This post is filling in for someone on secondment. The role is for 19 hours per week and will be on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2016.
