Finance Officer
Salary: pro rata of £25,510 to £30,558 incl OLW
Hours: The post is for 14 hours per week
Closing Date: 10am on Monday 5th February 2018
We are looking for a Finance Officer to take charge of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements.
Our ideal candidate will be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations, have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.
You will demonstrate an interest in and experience of managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and procedures.
Richmond AID offer 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays (pro rata for part-time staff). Normal office hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. You will be based at our offices in the Disability Action and Advice Centre, 4 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8HT but may need to work from other locations as needed.
