Salary: pro rata of £22,065 to £25,510 incl OLW
Hours: The post is for 28 hours per week (Tuesday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

This post is for an initial 6 month pilot but we are hoping the contract will extend beyond this period.
The role will involve working within our experienced and vibrant advice and information team. This project will involve working closely with and operating from GP practices in the Barnes area of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
Our Navigators support people to access a variety of local services and opportunities to engage in well-being activities. You will work one to one to support people on a variety of complex issues including housing and health services and you will support people to access services, activities and opportunities in their community. You will need to have experience of advice work, be a team player and have the ability to work from your own initiative.
Richmond AID offer 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays (pro rata for part-time staff). Normal office hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. You will be based at our offices in the Disability Action and Advice Centre, 4 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8HT but may need to work from other locations as needed.
