Richmond AID are currently recruiting for the role of Benefits Advisor.
The Benefits Service provides disabled people and carers with one-to-one confidential advice on disability benefits including support with form filling, application forms and appeals, outreach work and home visits. This role will be based in the Richmond borough and you will work with our experienced team of benefits advisors.
Our clients are often in very difficult and challenging circumstances. This role requires someone who is resilient, empathetic, organised and has attention to detail.

Operations Manager:
Salary: £22,008 to £26,226 incl OLW pro rata depending on experience.

Interview Date: tbc
This post is for 21 hours per week and will be on a fixed term contract for 1 year. It is likely the role will continue beyond one year. Further hours may be available at peak periods.
