Improving adult mental health rehabilitation services in Richmond – consultation

NHS Richmond and the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames are holding a public consultation on their proposals for adult mental health rehabilitation services in Richmond upon Thames. They would like to know your views on proposals to move away from hospital based rehabilitation services so that more local mental health accommodation can be developed with support from a community rehabilitation team.

 

What is the consultation about?

 NHS Richmond and LBRuT are proposing to change how they commission adult mental health rehabilitation services by:

Introducing a community rehabilitation team

  • Developing more mental health accommodation in the community
  • Moving away from hospital based care at Riverside Lodge.
